This mid-century modern glass box on a lake was being marketed as a tear-down. But the owner and lead designer at Modernous saw its true potential hiding among the mold and dated finishes. She and her partner lovingly restored, rebuilt and reimagined it, with a focus on its iconic Wendell Lovett fireplace. With an eye toward a timeless remodel, terrazzo floors and walnut cabinets provided a nod to the era in which it was originally built
