What we collect, and why
Inquiry and quote forms. When you submit a form or send a request through the chat, we receive what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, property location, and project details. It goes to the Modernous team so we can respond, and is kept as an ordinary business record of the conversation.
The concierge chat. Chat messages are processed by an AI service (Google's Gemini API) via our server so the assistant can answer. Don't share sensitive personal information in chat. Your conversation transcript is stored only in your own browser for the duration of your session and disappears when you close the tab. Nothing is sent to the studio unless you press “Send to Modernous.”
No tracking. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social-media trackers. The only browser storage used is the strictly functional kind described above, plus a sign-in token for Modernous staff.
Service providers
The site runs on ordinary infrastructure that processes technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) to deliver pages: GitHub Pages (hosting), Cloudflare (chat and form processing), Google (fonts and AI processing), and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell or share personal information for advertising — with anyone, ever.
Your choices
Email info@modernous.com to ask what we hold from your inquiries or to have it deleted. The chat panel's Clear button erases your local transcript at any time.
Changes
If the site ever adds analytics or other data collection, this page will be updated first.
