Prospective renters touring empty units struggled to picture how a compact footprint could hold real life without feeling cramped or compromised.
Modernous was brought in to design a targeted model studio package that solved the exact hesitation heard on tours. Instead of downsizing everything into miniature furniture, we established deliberate, full-scale functional zones: an inviting lounge, a dedicated dining area, and a restful sleeping retreat anchored by warm textures and fluted oak.
By showing prospective tenants exactly how the space lives and how effortlessly it flows, all uncertainty evaporated on tour. The building leased out every remaining studio unit within two months.
