When prospective residents tour a building, they don’t just evaluate square footage—they look for a place that feels connected to its surroundings. For The Park in Bellevue, the design needed to do two things at once: echo the lush, park-like grounds outside the windows and bring the property’s fresh new branding to life.
We layered the residence in rich moss greens, warm fluted oak, earthy textures, and clean organic forms that draw the outdoors in while reflecting the building's updated visual identity. In the main living area, a low-slung cream sectional and graphic area rug frame leafy views and open sightlines from the entry. The bedroom suite pairs a custom fluted headboard and crisp white linens with botanical accents, while a dedicated work-from-home vanity nook proves how effortlessly modern layouts can live.
The result is an inviting, memorable tour that honors the property’s fresh brand and serene park setting—helping prospective tenants picture their daily life moving right in.
